A New Alternative to BOTOX®

Xeomin® is  an effective treatment for glabellar lines, known as "11's"  or vertical wrinkles between the eyebrows. Injections of Xeomin®  effectively reduce the appearance of "dynamic" wrinkles—those that are clearly apparent when you squint, frown, and laugh.

Who should use it?: If you're considering methods to eliminate certain wrinkles temporarily (up to four months), then you should keep Xeomin® in mind.

Age range recommendation: It is recommended that Xeomin® be used by those over 18 and under 65.

How long until results are noticeable?: It takes around one week to notice improvement after treatment with Xeomin® (varies slightly from person to person). Because it's an injection, it's possible your muscles will become bruised  or swollen afterward, depending on your particular reaction.

How long it lasts: According to clinical studies, Xeomin® injections last an average of  twelve weeks,  (though Xeomin® is currently in trial stages in America). You should wait at least twelve weeks before having any re-injections of Xeomin.

What are the benefits of Xeomin® ?: Due to its chemical composition, Xeomin® is considered more “pure” than Dysport and Botox, which would indicate allergic reactions are less likely. Also, Xeomin®  doesn't require refrigeration, and so has a superior shelf-life than similar treatments. This means Xeomin costs a bit less — especially important during these challenging economic times.
